I founded Strategia Leadership™ to help leaders and organizations illuminate new possibility — and build disciplined forward momentum in moments that matter most.
Long before I held executive titles or led large-scale transformation initiatives, I understood something deeply: people are capable of extraordinary things when they are seen clearly, supported intentionally, and reminded of what they are truly capable of becoming.
As the daughter of a teacher and a single mother, I grew up watching resilience, determination, sacrifice, and courage unfold quietly in everyday life. Those early experiences shaped how I understood leadership — not as authority or status, but as the ability to help people move beyond hesitation, uncertainty, and limitation toward growth, clarity, and possibility.
Over time, those experiences became deeply integrated into my executive leadership approach — shaping how I guided organizations through transformation, operational complexity, leadership uncertainty, and large-scale change.
Throughout her executive leadership career, Patricia has led complex transformations across high-growth startups, global enterprises, and regulated industries — consistently observing that strategy succeeds only when belief is strong enough to move people forward.
